Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. This policy applies to page views and interactions on tunnelshadow.com. It explains what information this site handles and why; it does not replace the privacy policies for the Shadowrocket app, Apple, or any services you use.

1. Information We Collect

This site uses static pages and has no user registration, sign-in, email signup, or online contact form. You can read the guides without submitting your name, phone number, payment details, or server credentials. Get subscription links from your service provider and use them in the client as needed; do not submit them to this site.

When your browser requests a page, the infrastructure that delivers the site may process your IP address, request time, page path, response status, browser details, and referral information. These technical records help deliver pages, detect unusual traffic, and troubleshoot problems. They are not used to read subscriptions, configuration files, clipboard contents, or photos on your device.

2. Analytics and How We Use It

This site uses analytics to understand page views, referral categories, and commonly used guide links. We use this information to improve the document structure, fix broken links, and make the site easier to read on mobile. Analytics focuses on pages and interactions, does not require identity information, and is not used to build profiles of subscriptions or server details.

If you click an App Store button on the download guide, the site records one store-link click event. Its label identifies the type of action and does not include purchase outcomes, payment details, or Apple Account information. If your browser blocks analytics, the guide and regular links remain available.

Site analytics does not monitor client connections. This site does not receive client connection logs, rule-match records, or lists of websites you visit, and a click through to the store does not tell us whether you completed a purchase.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Browser Controls

The static pages do not require login cookies, and you do not need to save personal information to read them. Whether analytics writes cookies depends on the analytics configuration in use and your browser settings. A static site should not be assumed to generate no browsing data at all.

On-site tabs can save the current section in the URL fragment, and language changes are handled through page paths; neither action requires account details. Your browser may also cache pages, fonts, and images for future visits. Browser caching is different from the site actively writing to local storage.

You can restrict cookies, clear this site's data, or use content-blocking features in your browser settings. Clearing data may remove saved browsing preferences; it does not necessarily delete technical records held on the server. Avoid adding sensitive information, such as subscription links or passwords, to query parameters in this site's URLs.

4. App Store and Service Boundaries

The only place to get Shadowrocket is the App Store product page. Apple operates that page. Once you leave this site, account verification, purchases, payments, and related data handling are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies. This site does not process app orders or bank card details.

A one-time client purchase is not a service plan. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscriptions. For information about how your existing subscription or server provider handles data, consult that provider's documentation. Example addresses in these guides explain fields only; they are not working service endpoints.

5. Policy Updates and Questions

If site features or data practices change, this policy will be updated on this page and the updated month at the top will be revised. If a change adds a new purpose for collecting information or expands how it is handled, we will provide an explanation when the relevant feature is introduced; a technical change alone is not a substitute for notice.

If you have questions about page interactions or permission prompts, first consult the user guide and its Troubleshooting section. This site has no form for submitting personal information. Before describing a problem, remove credentials from subscription URLs, server passwords, and any information that could identify your account.
